Joe uses an integral coaching model, which is all about human development. His approach focuses on the individuality of the client, as well as the workplace context in which the client is always embedded. Joe helps his clients uncover their own possibilities and find solutions by expanding the lens through which they see their own situation.
To do this, Joe uses integral coaching techniques, which enable his clients to develop a greater understanding of their patterns, unearth latent potential, and to learn how to use that potential to achieve their desired goals. Ultimately, Joe’s aim is to train his clients to self-observe and self-correct, and therefore self-generate. Once a client becomes self-correcting, they are no longer dependent upon a coach.
