Joe understands the impact heightened self-awareness can bring to individuals, teams and organizations. When leaders are dialed into the power of their own presence, prowess and potential, they can’t help but want to promote the same for every employee they serve.
Prior to founding Integral Business, Joe worked as a Human Resources executive for both publicly traded and privately held companies, overseeing major domestic and international growth initiatives, restructurings, merger and acquisition integrations.
Through it all, he drove the creation and fostering of unique workplace cultures that were widely credited for creating value for company customers, shareholders and employees.
Joe has received certification designations – Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) – from the Human Resource Certification Institute. He is a graduate of Gannon University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and Mount Saint Mary Seminary, where he earned his Master of Divinity degree.
